CannaLala is a mobile application that connects customers with riders for secure, fast, and reliable deliveries. Through the app, users can book a delivery, view rider information, track progress in real time, and check delivery charges upfront to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery experience. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CannaLala mobile application (“App”), operated by CannaLala (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.
2.1 Location
The App is available for use in the United States only. We do not process or deliver orders outside the U.S.A.
2.2 Account Creation
All login credentials are issued and managed by the CannaLala admin. Riders must use these credentials to access the App and receive delivery orders. Riders are responsible for keeping their login details secure and must not share them with anyone. Any misuse of credentials or violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
2.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal browsing and purchasing purposes, subject to these Terms.

Delivery charges are calculated based on factors such as distance, weight, size, and service availability. Charges are subject to change at any time without prior notice, and the final amount will be displayed in the App before you confirm your booking.
Your order represents an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or other issues.

CannaLala and its riders are responsible solely for the transportation of goods. We do not guarantee against damage, spoilage, or breakage of products during transit. Riders are not liable for the quality, condition, or suitability of the goods being delivered.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CANNA LA LA LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in United States, California, and you waive your right to a jury trial or participation in a class-action lawsuit.
