Welcome To CannaLala

CannaLala is a mobile application that serve as an e-commerce spot for our customers. Our customers can view our complete range of products, compare between them and place order using our dedicated app. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CannaLala app ("App"), operated by CannaLala ("we," "us," or "our").

1: Acceptance Of Terms

By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. Do not use the app if you do not agree with these Terms.

2. User Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 Location
This app is available for use in USA only. We do not deliver orders outside the U.S.A.
2.3 Account Creation
To access the app's content and features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration, keep your login credentials secure and to keep your account information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

3. Use of the App

3.1 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, and purchasing purposes, subject to the Terms and Conditions Outlined Below.

You agree to use the App only for exploring products/ deals and purchasing our products.
3.3 Prohibited Activities

  • Harass, or abuse admin or riders responsible for communicating with you or delivering your order.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the app's code or services.

4. Receiving Alerts And Notifications

We send alerts and notifications about new products/ promotional deals/ seasonal sales/ price drops and to place orders for items in cart.

5. Orders and Payment

  • Product Listings: We attempt to display product descriptions, images, and potency information as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that these descriptions are accurate, complete, or error-free.
  • Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices for products offered on the App at any time.
  • Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantity, inaccuracies in product information,or any other reason.
  • Payment: You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account. All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products as required by state law and at our sole discretion.

6. Delivery

  • Adult Signature Required: All orders require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. You cannot be intoxicated at the time of delivery. You must present a valid government-issued ID to the delivery agent.
  • Delivery Limitations: Delivery is only available within U.S.A. You are responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery address.
  • Failed Delivery: If you are not available or cannot provide valid ID, the delivery will fail. You may be subject to a restocking fee and will need to reschedule.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any law or regulation.
  • Attempt to purchase products for a minor.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
